Things my art may not be used for:Resale or commercial use of any kind
If you are interested in commissioning me with intent to resale or use commercially, say so and we can discuss contract terms.Things to keep in mind:- If you're not familiar with my work, it would be beneficial to look through my gallery and get a feel for the kind of art I produce before deciding to commission me. That's the same kind of stuff you should expect!
- A reference is only required for the things you want me to draw
right. If you give me a half-body reference and ask for a full body image, I'll fill in the blanks myself - just make sure you really REALLY don't mind me getting things wrong.
- I don't work well on written descriptions, you have now been warned. I am willing to give it a shot if the description is detailed.
- Having mentioned those points, the best thing you can do for me is provide a ton of information in the form of visual references, context for the character, personality information, etc. The more I know about your character, the easier it is to depict them.
- Additional characters (or extensive props/something that could count as another subject) cost a little less than double what a one-subject commission would cost.
- I will likely post your commission here on deviantart, and may possibly include it in any personal portfolio collections/websites in the future. Please specify if you would not like me to use the work for my personal purposes.
- All my work is done in Photoshop CS4 with an Intuos4 tablet if digital, or pencil/micron lining pens/colored pencils if traditional. If for some weird reason you want me to work with something different, just mention it and I'll be happy to oblige.
- I reserve the right to turn down your commission if I feel I cannot complete it to your (or my) satisfaction.
Regarding Payment:- Payment is expected before work on the commission can begin. Payment in full is required for commissions under $25, exceeding that, half of your payment is due upon agreeing to a timeline, and the other half upon completion of the commission. If for any reason I am unable to begin work on your commission and cannot complete it, you will receive a full refund.
- I accept payments through Paypal.
PricesThe prices listed here are applicable in *most* cases - I reserve the right to charge more for your ridiculously-detailed character.

I don't work at printing-size unless necessary, so it's something I like knowing from the beginning.
There are a few different physical forms your commission can take. All of these vary in shipping/production costs (especially the prints,) but expect something within these ranges to be tacked onto your cost
in addition to the cost of the drawing itself:
Prints - $8 to $20
Stickers - $3 to $8
Bookmarks - $6 to $10
Physical copies of traditional commissions:If you commission a traditional sketch or ink, or if you request that process work for your digital commission be done traditionally, I can mail it to you with a $5 shipping fee.
Deals & Free StuffThe boring, un-fun stuff that nobody likes to read (but is still important!) - I've had a few people change their mind at the end of a commission deal and ask for refunds. So just to be clear: You are not paying for an image, you are paying for my time and (*snerk*) expertise. Time is something I can't give you a refund for, even if you don't like the finished product. In general, I'm
more than fine with making edits to your commission, and I like when clients nitpick and critique their images. I want to collaborate with you to create something that you, as the client, are ultimately happy with. However, if the edits you want are severe enough to constitute adding a significant amount of extra time (and thusly, cost) onto the project total, adjusting the price will probably be in order.
If you want to commission me:Please note me with the following information:
- Type of your commission (two-character half body digital speedpaint, single character full body traditional ink, etc)
- As many references as you deem necessary (Full body/detailed visual reference, as well as a bit of background (for context) and personality is ideal, but not required)
- Printing preference (Yes/No, if yes, please designate what type of printed product you would like)
- Any additional information you deem necessary (any ideas you may have as to context and/or composition of your commission)
If I accept, I'll get back to you within a few days with a price and timeline. Things like sketches or inks only take a few days to process/complete, whereas things like paintings and multi-character or background pieces are a much more involved process that I like to collaborate on.
All that said, I'm generally a friendly person, and very willing to work with you on getting your commission right. Client satisfaction is very important to me. I don't want you to feel ripped off or unhappy with your commission experience.
Hopefully I covered just about everything here. If not, please note or comment with any questions!
